I am a licensed psychological associate with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) and a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold a Master of Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School and a Bachelor of Science in psychology and economics from University of Toronto.
I focus on a client-centered and evidence-based approach, tailoring my methods to meet the unique needs of each individual I work with. I see therapy as a collaborative process, a safe space where growth, resilience, and positive change can flourish. I speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Since 2017, I have been working with individuals with various psychological issues, especially those who have been impacted by motor-vehicle accidents and work injuries. I have experience addressing a variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, phobias, pain, anger, and family and relationship conflicts. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Exposure Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
