Have you been looking to understand yourself and the people around you more? Have you wanted to make and strengthen connections to others? Dynamic psychotherapy can help you understand and have compassion for yourself, as well as help you to connect more meaningfully with people in your life.

I am dedicated to supporting my clients’ autonomy and their courageous willingness to embark on their healing journeys with compassion, respect, and authenticity. I believe in the healing power of human connection especially in an age of technological isolation. I am committed to learning dynamic psychotherapy, to help my clients connect meaningfully and non-judgementally with themselves and others to live more unburdened. I am currently completing my master’s level practicum at DPPC where I am training in taking an emotion-focused and psychodynamic therapeutic approach under the supervision of Ashlee Allen.

In addition to my graduate level coursework, I completed the foundation phase at the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy, where I engaged in coursework, five years of group therapy, and took academic-year long courses focused on trauma, interpretation of dreams, and studied work from Donald Winnicott.

I look forward to embarking on your healing journey with you.
