Are you feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—whether it is anxiety, low mood, unresolved trauma, or just a lingering sense that something is not quite right? Together, we can gently uncover what is beneath the surface and work toward the lasting change you have been longing for.
I am a therapist who values first and foremost, safety and connection in the therapeutic relationship. Through this safety and connection, we can explore the issues that may have been holding you back or getting in the way of living with ease. I have training in various modalities including narrative therapy, CBT, EMDR and most recently and intensive training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Therapy (AEDP). With AEDP as my primary modality, we can work together to identify and process underlying patterns, old wounds and unfelt emotions and work towards resilience, behavioural change and self-compassion for all parts of your Self.
I have a particular interest in working with individuals impacted by early trauma, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, struggles with self-worth and esteem, grief and loss, and life transitions. All identities are welcome in my therapeutic practice.
I am committed to lifelong learning and engage in regular consultation and continuing education to support my growth as an experiential and dynamic therapist.
