What’s on your mind? Let’s talk.
Perhaps you’ve been working hard to hold everything together, pushing through, while quietly carrying stress, self-doubt, or emotional weight that no one else sees. On the outside, you might look like you’re managing, but inside, it’s exhausting. Therapy offers a time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.
My approach is grounded in a psychodynamic approach with threads of emotion-focused, person-centred, and strengths-based work woven in. I’m also interested in what shows up between us in session—because how we relate here can offer clues to what happens in the rest of your life.
I bring a calm, present, and thoughtful approach. I listen closely, ask direct questions, and work with you to meaningfully understand what’s really happening for you. I believe healing happens when we approach what we've been avoiding with curiosity and compassion. Over time, this can bring greater clarity, more choice, and a deeper sense of peace.
I aim to be thoughtful and respectful of your experience, without assumptions or judgment. If this sounds like it could help, let’s talk.
I am currently under the supervision of Ryan Dinsmore to obtain training in taking a psychodynamic and emotion-focused approach using the ISTDP metapsychology.
