In our fast moving world, you might feel disconnected from your inner life, swept up in old patterns, or unsure how to show up in your relationships. I am here to help you slow down, reconnect and learn from what these patterns are trying to tell you.
Together, we can pay attention to both the stories of your mind and the signals of your body to help direct us to what you are struggling with internally. Here we create a space for deeper understanding about these struggles, emotional regulation, and for genuine change to take root. Healing can happen when we experience being integrated within ourselves, and are able to hold that within relationships.
If you are navigating anxiety, relational challenge, or recurring cycles of distress - and you want to feel more grounded, compassionate and connected in your life, I welcome the opportunity to walk with you toward greater clarity, confidence and more meaningful relationships.
My work draws on Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Maté), Somatic Experiencing (Dr. Peter Levine), and from psychodynamic and humanistic foundations. I am currently under the supervision of Ryan Dinsmore to obtain training in taking a psychodynamic and emotion-focused approach using the ISTDP metapsychology.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I specialized in integrative wellness including Kundalini and Hatha Yoga, Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (CHEK), CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coaching (level 2 certified), CHEK Integrative Movement Specialist, and LENS neurofeedback. I have a decade worth of experience learning, teaching, and guiding mind, body and self integration.
