In our fast moving world, you might feel disconnected from your inner life, swept up in old patterns, or unsure how to show up in your relationships. I am here to help you slow down, reconnect and learn from what these patterns are trying to tell you.
My work draws on Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Maté), Somatic Experiencing (Dr. Peter Levine), and from psychodynamic and humanistic foundations. Together, we pay attention to both the stories of the mind and the signals of the body. Here we create a space for deeper understanding, emotional regulation, and for genuine change to take root.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I trained in integrative wellness. This includes completing a Master's degree specializing in Kundalini Yoga and multiple yoga teacher trainings in both Kundalini and Hatha Yoga. I trained for three years in Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (CHEK) becoming a level 2 certified CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach and CHEK Integrative Movement Specialist. I received training in LENS neurofeedback, which I provided alongside holistic health coaching for three years at a neurotherapy clinic in Yellowknife, NWT. I have a decade worth of experience learning, teaching, and guiding mind, body and self integration.
I am currently under the supervision of Ryan Dinsmore to obtain training in taking a psychodynamic and emotion-focused approach using the ISTDP metapsychology.
I believe healing happens when we experience being integrated within ourselves, and are able to hold that within relationships. If you are navigating anxiety, relational challenge, or recurring cycles of distress - and you want to feel more grounded, compassionate and connected in your life, I welcome the opportunity to walk with you toward greater clarity, confidence and more meaningful relationships.
